## HOW TO BOOK Complete your reservation in 5 easy steps. ### STEP 1: Select Your Service Choose the service that best suits your needs. * Airport Transfers (Haneda / Narita ↔ Tokyo) * Gracery Hotel Airport Transfers → Click “Book Now” to continue. ### STEP 2: Select Your Date Choose your preferred service date from the booking calendar. You can enter your pickup time in the next step. ### STEP 3: Enter Your Details Provide your service date and time, number of passengers, flight information, pickup location, and destination. For airport pickups, please enter your scheduled flight arrival time. We will coordinate the pickup time based on your flight details. ### STEP 4: Payment & Confirmation Review your booking details and total price, then proceed with secure online payment. We accept: * Visa * MasterCard * AMEX * JCB ### STEP 5: Receive Your Confirmation Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your service details and driver information. ## VEHICLE INFORMATION ### BMW LUXURY SEDAN For those seeking elegance, comfort, and privacy, our BMW Luxury Sedan is ideal for up to 3 passengers. ### ALPHARD Accommodates up to 5 passengers. For a more comfortable ride with 3–4 large suitcases, we recommend a maximum of 4 passengers. ### HIACE Ideal for larger groups and guests traveling with multiple pieces of luggage. Accommodates up to 9 passengers with space for approximately 9 suitcases. ## PRICE DETAILS * Highway tolls (ETC) are included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Modification Policy 1. Booking Modifications ・Requests to change the date, time, or location can be made free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled service time, subject to availability. ・Any changes requested less than 3 days in advance may incur additional charges. 2. Cancellations ・Cancellations must be made in writing. The following fees apply: ・14 days or more prior to service: 100% Refund ・7 to 13 days prior to service: 50% Refund ・Less than 7 days prior to service: No Refund (100% Charge) ・No-Show: 100% Charge ・Online cancellation is available up to 14 days before the service. For later cancellations, please contact booking@tokyovipchauffeur.com. キャンセル・変更規定 1. ご予約の変更 ・日時・場所の変更は、ご利用の3日前(72時間前)まで無料で承ります(空き状況によります)。 ・3日前を過ぎてからの変更は、追加料金がかかる場合があります。 2. キャンセル ・キャンセルは書面(メール)でお申し出ください。料金は次のとおりです。 ・ご利用の14日以上前:全額返金 ・ご利用の7〜13日前:50%返金 ・ご利用の7日前を過ぎた場合:返金なし(100%) ・無断不参加:100% ・オンラインでのキャンセルは14日前まで可能です。それ以降は booking@tokyovipchauffeur.com までご連絡ください。
